Illustration Friday: Tattoo

I know it's almost next Friday, but hey, I’ve been busy.

This is a sketchbook page for a project I have been kicking around lately. I don’t want to say too much about it at this point. It’s a long way from being much of anything yet. I can tell you that it's a re-envisioning of the Norse God of thunder (that's Thor to all you kids). I'll post more of the same soon, maybe even make it a regular feature... Weekly? Bi-weekly? Monthly? We’ll see, but you’ll have to behave.

Wow. Great detail. Looks like he's checking himself out. Heck, if I looked like that, I'd check myself out everytime I got a chance. Or maybe he's admiring your tattoo work on him.

Ditto on Steve's compliment on your Edward. You do beautiful work. I look forward to seeing more.

Beautiful rendering. I soooo appreciate illustrators who can actually DRAW! It would be great to see a weekly or bi-monthly "issue" of a character and narrative that gets developed over time. We promise we'll behave ;)

I hope you have time to keep up the posts. I'll be looking for your work. I really like your drawings. I have the same problem...my posts are very detailed and time-consuming. Now I have no free time left. I hope you find it's worth the sacrifice because people will enjoy your work.
